You can provide your own material or we can order material for you. We are glad to suggest material selections and recommend the best material for your project. We need to know the material specifications to provide machine time and limitations.

Shipping or Delivery
Indicate whether you would like your order shipped to you or whether you would like it pick it up at the shop. Please also inform us of your deadline for the project.
If sizing and placement is not specified by the customer, it will be left up to the designer's discretion. Customized products cannot be returned and are NON-REFUNDABLE.
- Build your document in RGB
- Set up your document in two layers. Cut/Vector and Etch/Raster
- Cut Stroke settings must be set to the thinnest (.001 or hairline)
- Make sure that all cut lines are joined
- Text should be converted to outlines (Adobe Illustrator) or curves (CorelDRAW).
Custom laser cutting
Send us your RGB files in vector format such as: .AI / .EPS / .DXF / .SVG / .CDR.
Image Size and Quality Requirements Specified
For custom laser etching for photographs, images or clipart send us files such as: .JPG / .TIFF / .PNG. High Res is preferred (300dpi minimum). In general, the higher the resolution (or larger the file) the better the quality the artwork will be and the better resulting laser engraving we can achieve.
