Linnell Design is at the Chickadee Boutique. A seasonal gift shop that is unique to the Twin Cities in Shoreview, MN. The Spring Boutique is open Thursdays to Saturdays, and select Sundays from April 7 through May 14, 2016.
Nestled among oak and pine trees on a large residential lot lies the stone cottage that is the Chickadee Boutique. Built in the early 1940's by a Swedish immigrant stonemason, the architecture reflects a European influence. Jacci and Mike Krebsbach moved into the two story cottage in 1971 and lived there until they built their home on the same lot in 1977.
The Boutique is dedicated to the work of individual artists. a grand assortment of original handcrafted pieces such as pottery, fabric, floral arrangements, jewelry, accessories, and furniture mixed with clothing and gift items. There are many hand made art pieces created from many resources including glass, fabric, metal, wood, ceramic and precious stones. From quirky to quaint, traditional to contemporary, primitive to global, the Chickadee Boutique offers something special for everyone.
Linnell Design’s display centers around a silver tree arranged with laser cut marquetry pins, earrings, bookmarks and necklaces that includes images of foxes, raccoons, wildflowers and bicycles.
It is great fun to connect with our friends, other artists and the wider public attendees at such a venue. We enjoying meeting you and talking about the current designs we have and also the new designs that are coming up in the near future.
